Large Ha Noi wet market. Fresh produce and meat on the main floor. Fabric and dry goods upstairs. Very good pricing on fruit. The seafood, most of which you won't recognize, is still moving if you get there in the morning. Lots of freshwater fish options. Also frogs, eels, and soft-shelled turtles. Not for me, but it is something to see.

Aim for early. The real action is at six am. The temperature is more forgiving, and the market will be humming. Have an egg coffee, hit the market, cook breakfast, and then at noon, take a nap. Vietnamese style.
