It's to give you an idea of what Hanoi looks like at ground level. Notice the classic Ha Noi sidewalks, which are parking lots first, food court second, and, if there is space, a place to walk. Its 34°C (93°F) so this would be a warm but not hot day. Temperatures will routinely get over 40°C (104°F) in midsummer, with humidity around 85%.
