Secret
Train Street in Ha Noi
Not much of a secret, but it is the thing to check out. Allison took this video after a rainstorm. This is your classic Ha Noi Instagram moment. Trains are running less frequently so look up the schedules - which are not consistent. Think one train maybe every 90 minutes in the evening peak. There are very few outside this time.
Also - Vietnam is big on personal responsibility. There is very little in the way of safety guidance. People do get hit here. Be extra careful. Apparently the cafes are decent and the tourist surcharge isn't that bad.
It's also walkable from the center of the Old Quarter, but maybe a Grab might be worth it if it is cruising above 35c (95f) which it can do in the early evening in the summer.
Neighborhood: Old Quarter
Address: Intersection of Phùng Hưng Street and Điện Biên Phủ Street
